c{\'a}lculo do posicionamento e a orienta{\c{c}}{\~a}o de
embarcadas, visando {\`a} navega{\c{c}}{\~a}o a{\'e}rea
c{\^a}mara embarcada no momento do voo. Assim durante o voo
s{\~a}o obtidas fotografias, encontrando-se pontos hom{\'o}logos
entre a imagem e a ortoimagem {\'e} poss{\'{\i}}vel calcular a
fotogrametria. As ARP usualmente navegam atrav{\'e}s do Sistema
No entanto,
Neste caso
o sistema de navega{\c{c}}{\~a}o GNSS/INS {\'e} dependente do
GNSS.
reinicializadas. Neste trabalho foram avaliadas a influ{\^e}ncia
do relevo, inclina{\c{c}}{\~a}o da c{\^a}mara,
diferencial. Portanto, navegar por imagem {\'e} uma boa
alternativa para possibilitar a navega{\c{c}}{\~a}o
aut{\^o}noma de RPA. ABSTRACT: The objective of this work is to
evaluate the accuracy of the positioning calculation and the
guidance of Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) using concepts of
photogrammetry from images generated by embedded cameras, aiming
at autonomous air navigation. This type of navigation can be used
as an alternative to the navigation systems currently in use in
most RPA. The technique of image navigation uses orthomosaic and
Digital Surface Models (DSM) as a reference, to represent the
object space, that is, the terrain and images obtained by the
camera boarded at the time of the flight. Thus, during the flight,
photographs are obtained and when homologous points are found
between these images and the orthomosaic it is possible to
calculate the position and attitudes of the perspective center of
the camera through the concepts of photogrammetry. The RPA usually
navigate through the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS)
associated with an Inertial Navigation System (INS). However, GNSS
may have its accuracy degraded at any time as it is subject to the
control of the owners of these systems, which may insert noises or
even turn off their signal. In addition, there is the possibility
of malicious interference, known as Jamming. Although the INS is
an autonomous system, after some time of navigation this system
loses accuracy, because the positioning is determined by the
measurement of acceleration and rotations, accumulating errors
with time. Therefore, the INS has its coordinates corrected from
time to time by GNSS. In this case the GNSS / INS navigation
system is dependent on GNSS. Therefore, the image navigation
system can solve the autonomy problem, because if the GNSS is
disabled or degraded, the image navigation system would continue
to provide coordinate information for the INS, making the system
autonomous. The accuracy information of the image positioning is
also very important, since when the accuracy of the INS coordinate
is smaller, than the accuracy obtained by image navigation, the
INS will have its coordinates reset. In this work the influence of
the relief, camera inclination, geometric distortions and the
influence of SURF and RANSAC algorithms on the accuracy of the
perspective center coordinates and attitudes angles of the camera
were evaluated. With the applied methodology it was possible to
verify average errors in the order of 0.5 meters in the
positioning and 0.5º in the angle of attitudes of the camera. So
the navigation through the image can reach values equal to or
higher than the GNSS receivers without differential correction.
Therefore, navigating through the image is a good alternative to
enable autonomous navigation.",
